I believe in an organic plant based diet with small amounts of meat from fish like wild caught salmon (not farm raised). I sometimes eat a bit of organic turkey in my diet, I will also eat local fresh organic eggs. I mainly eat organic greens, fruits, and veggies. I am very happy with my diet. I eat what I love, which is healthy foods, and so my body has what it needs daily. I really love foods and nutrition that fuel the brain.
